A company is only as good as its people, I know why Sotheby's has collaborated with Andy Stephenson, Real Estate is his calling.  Andy was the "Answer".  Selling a property like ours is a project, it was very relaxing working with Andy's team, they had plans and countermeasures for every issue that came up, from staging decisions, cleanup, landscaping, refuse removal, code compliance checks, Andy and his team systematically and proficiently utilized their external (and internal) resources to do this.  He kept me informed, consulted with experts, presented my responsibilities to me in an informed and timely manner and proved that he was accountable for the whole project by exceeding my expectations for quality and time.  While I may never move back to Victoria, I will always call Andy for a reference on who to use in the next city, my guess is a Company like Sotheby's will have that person on their team.
